#下饭菜# Braised Lentils with Minced Pork in Sauce

Take the lentils off and shred them, as shown in the picture, wash them and set aside.

Chop the minced meat, you can use pork belly or pork front leg, with some diced fat. Prepare minced ginger, onion and garlic.

Add oil to the pot, fry fragrant ginger, onion and garlic, add Pixian bean paste, hoisin sauce and fry until fragrant. Stir-fry slowly, just a few seconds.

Add minced meat and fry until the color changes. Stir-fry for a while, let the fat diced meat come out of oil, so that it will be delicious. This step can remove the fishy meat, and the lentils will be fragrant after sautéing.
