Lentil Braised Rice

Wash the rice, carrots, potatoes, and lentils after removing the tendons on both sides.

Add clean water to the cleaned rice. The ingredients used today have less water, so the amount of water used for cooking should be slightly less.

Peel and dice potatoes and carrots, shred lentils, wash bacon and sausage with hot water and dice

In the hot pan, first add the diced bacon and fry the oil over a low fire, then turn to high heat and cook into the rice wine. I didn’t add any oil, so I used the bacon to fry enough oil

Pour the vegetables together and stir-fry until all the color changes, add salt and stir-fry well

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

Pour on top of the rice, press the cooking button, turn it on immediately when the time is up, mix well to get out of the pot

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well after serving
Tips:
1. Chopped green onion is for taking photos, you don't need to add it if you don't like it.
2. Bacon and sausage have a salty taste, and oyster sauce is salty, so add a little salt to have a bottom taste. Each tastes different, and you can adjust it according to your own taste.
3. When the cooking time is up, turn it on immediately, so that the color of the vegetables will not turn yellow.
