Shredded Pork and Lentil Braised Rice

1. Cut the tenderloin into thick shreds and add water starch to sizing.

2. Pick and wash the lentils and break them into inch pieces.

3. Chop the green onions and set aside.

4. Put oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.

5. Add the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes.

6. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and stir fry evenly.

7. Add lentils and stir fry

8. Add salt and stir fry evenly. Turn off the fire.

9. Wash the rice, add an appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker.

10. Pour the stir-fried lentils into the rice cooker.

11. Close the lid and press the cooking button.

12. When the time is up, the lentil rice will be simmered.
