Braised Lookout

Look at the tide to remove the ink sac and clean it.

The cleaned gaze is placed in boiling hot water and blanched for 5 seconds, immediately take it out and keep the water for later use.

Add oil in a hot pan, add green onion, ginger and star anise and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Put in the tide.

Stir fry over high heat to create a fragrance.

Add white sugar, soy sauce and Meijixian.

Stir and stir well.

Cover and simmer for 1 minute, then add a little oyster sauce and stir well.
Tips:
Do not blanch for too long. The oyster sauce should be added last. Don't add MSG.
