Braised Lotus Root Silk

1. Cut the lotus root obliquely into large slices, then cut into shreds, add some water to soak, not too much water

2. Pour oil in the pot and add the sliced ginger

3. When the ginger is fragrant, pour in the drained lotus root shreds. Be careful not to pour out the soaked lotus root water. It contains starch, so you don’t need to thicken it anymore.
