Braised Mandarin Fish
1.
Put all the condiments into a small basin, pour boiling water, stir well with chopsticks, set aside
2.
Spread some dried flour on both sides of the prepared mandarin fish for use. Heat the pan and put the oil on the fish. Fry one side and then fry the other side.
3.
Pour the prepared ingredients into the pot, simmer for about ten minutes, and just collect the soup.
Tips:
When frying the fish, be sure to fry it on one side, and then turn the other side, so that the fried fish is intact and will not be damaged. The most important thing for the success or failure of braised fish is fried fish. Two dried red peppers can be put in the sauce. Because my daughter and I like to use fish soup to soak rice, we keep a lot of it. If you don’t like the soup, you can harvest the soup.
