Braised Meat Dragon

1. The main and auxiliary materials are shown in the figure.

2. Stir the minced meat and seasoning group clockwise, then add the ginger.

3. The bean curd was changed into a narrow width.

4. Spread the meat filling on the bean skin, leaving about 2 cm blank at the end, and apply water starch to stick it firmly.
