Braised Meatballs

300g minced meat 200g minced parsley 1 egg 1 minced ginger and spring onion a little cooking wine 2 tablespoons starch 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons pepper 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Beat the eggs, minced ginger and shallots, starch, pepper, chopped parsley, cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce and minced meat and stir clockwise until the meat is firm and firm.
