Braised Medium Wings with Quail Eggs

Ingredients: medium wings (cleaned), peeled quail eggs, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar

Put the cleaned mid-wing on the chopping board and make a few cuts.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the middle fins and fry them on both sides until they are slightly golden.

Then, combine the quail eggs, cinnamon and aniseed.

Add rock sugar.

Add 2 scoops of cooking wine.

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce.
8.
Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.

Add some water.

Season to a boil.

Then, cook until the soup is almost ready.
