Yuba Steamed Medium Fin

1. Ingredients: medium wings (washed), yuba (soaked), ginger slices

2. Put the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and make a few strokes with a knife.

3. Put it in a large basin.

4. Then, put the ginger slices and add 2 spoons of cooking wine.

5. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce.

6. Add 1 scoop of oyster sauce.

7. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

8. Season to mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

9. Next, put the soaked yuba in a large bowl.

10. Then, combine the marinated middle wings.

11. Finally, put it in the steamer.

12. Cover with a lid, boil and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.

13. Open the lid and take it out.
