Yuba Steamed Medium Fin

Ingredients: medium wings (washed), yuba (soaked), ginger slices

Put the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and make a few strokes with a knife.

Put it in a large basin.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 2 spoons of cooking wine.

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce.
6.
Add 1 scoop of oyster sauce.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Season to mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Next, put the soaked yuba in a large bowl.

Then, combine the marinated middle wings.

Finally, put it in the steamer.

Cover with a lid, boil and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.
