Braised Mirror Fish

Prepare the ingredients: mirror fish; the mirror fish can be slaughtered by the store. After returning home, pickle it with cooking wine and salt twice, and then wash it; prepare the seasoning: dried chili, pepper, ginger, garlic, shallots, and spicy millet ,celery;

Dry the mirror fish and cut into pieces; slice the old ginger, cut the scallion into sections, mince the green onion, mince the spicy millet, and cut the celery into sections;

Heat up a non-stick pan, pour corn oil, then add some lard, and heat it together; adding lard can effectively remove the fishy smell;

Put the mirror fish and fry on medium and low heat until it is colored;
