Braised Mushrooms in Braised Sauce

Separate the scallions and cut into sections.

In a small bowl, put 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water, and mix thoroughly to form water starch.

Put the bottom oil in the pot on the stove, cut the mushrooms in half, put them in the pot, and raise the heat to medium.

Stir until soft.

Set aside the mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of base oil, add the green onion, and sauté.

Turn evenly.

Pour in the braised sauce and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir-fry for a few times, add water starch, and quickly mix well.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle in the green segments, sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil, about 1 teaspoon, turn a few times, and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. It is not recommended to blanch the mushrooms in water, cut them in half or slice them and then soften them in a pot before proceeding to the next step;
2. The composition of the braised sauce is 3 tablespoons of Erguotou, 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce paste, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Zhuhou sauce. Spoon, 1/4 teaspoon of refined salt, you can also increase or decrease the ingredients according to your own preferences, you can also refer to the method of braised sauce;
