Braised Noodle Fish with Mixed Vegetables

Bring out noodles, boil water, stir with chopsticks, and knead it smoothly when it is not hot.

Kneaded noodles.

Wash the radish, peel, and cut into strips.

Wash the cabbage, cut the stems into strips, and cut the stems of the spinach blanched in advance into sections.

Cut garlic into slices, and dice ginger and green onions.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Rub the noodles into strips, and then pull a small piece in the palm of your hand to make a long strip with pointed ends and squash it. This is the rolled noodle fish.

Starting from the pot: Add oil and star anise on low heat and stir to create a scent.

Add the radish and ginger and stir fry for a minute.

Add cabbage, green onions, and garlic, stir and stir well.

Add tomatoes and stir well.

Add soy sauce, pepper, salt and a little water (don't leave the vegetables) and bring to a boil.

Place the noodle fish and cover the stew.

When there is no water, add spinach and light soy sauce, stir and stir well.

Braised noodles.

Serve the noodles.
Tips:
You must use boiling water for noodles. If you make more at one time, you can add noodles twice.
