Very very simple, very very delicious. Remember to turn the pot frequently, it will be a tragedy if the batter is battered.

Ingredients

Braised Noodles

1. Stir-fry the beef first over high heat, then add some green onions and stir fry together.

2. Put the beans in the pot when the beef is 8 minutes old. It is best to cut the beans into shreds ~ stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato cubes and pepper slices. Then add salt to kill the vegetable water. Then add a little water and simmer for a while.

3. This step is my innovation. Cook the noodles to half-cooked, then remove and drain.

4. Then add the noodles and stir constantly. Note that you must keep turning, otherwise the noodles will become sticky. If it is too dry, you can pour a proper amount of water. If you don’t dry it, don’t use it. Too much water will affect the taste and texture.

Tips:

It is best to cut the beef into thin slices. Do not add too much water after adding the noodles, as it is easy to lumpy.
