Braised noodles are a special way to eat noodles. The main ingredient is best to use a knife to cut the noodles or roll the noodles by hand; the auxiliary ingredients can be matched according to your preference. Braised noodles should be a kind of family fast food. A bowl of braised noodles and a bowl of soup can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is really good.

Braised Noodles

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: sliced noodles, pork, lentils, carrots, green onions, ginger

2. Cut the pork into thick strips of chopsticks, which is the so-called "pork loin"

3. Add a little cooking wine and mix well, then let stand for 5 minutes

4. Add water starch

5. Grab gently and repeatedly to evenly sizing, that is, let the pork tenderloin absorb all the starch juice

6. Add a spoonful of oil, grab well, and seal the water in the pork tenderloin

7. Shred the lentils, carrots, green onions and ginger

8. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the cooked pork tenderloin, and cook it over low heat

9. As soon as the meat changes color, put it in a bowl and set aside

10. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger and stir fry, then add carrots and stir fry evenly

11. Add shredded lentils and stir well

12. Cooking soy sauce

13. Put in spare pork tenderloin

14. Add water, the amount of water should not exceed the ingredients in the pot

15. After boiling, add salt and MSG to taste

16. Put in the knife to cut the noodles, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes

17. Then turn the noodles over and simmer for about 2 minutes

18. Stir it evenly to turn off the heat

19. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

You can choose the auxiliary materials by yourself, including pork, chicken, and beef. You can also choose fungus, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii and so on.
