Braised bean curd noodles are a common Han characteristic snack in northern China, but rare in southern China. Braised noodles use steam to cook noodles and beans, so it is called braised noodles. The noodles of the snack are tough, the beans are crisp and tender, the salty flavor is strong, and the food is delicious.

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Cut the beans, slice the pork belly, cut the green onion, and slice the ginger!

2. Pour in the pot, stir-fry with green onion and ginger until the aroma is released, go down and fry the pork belly until the color changes, add the beans, and then add all the spices! Add another big bowl of water!

3. After the broth is boiled, leave a little bit of broth and don't overrun the beans! Pour out the excess soup for use!

4. Pour the noodles into the pot, cover the pot, and simmer over high heat!

5. When the soup in the pot is dry, pour the reserved soup along the side of the pot, then simmer for ten to fifteen minutes, and wait until the soup is dry!

6. After the soup is dried, add chicken essence, stir, and serve!

Tips:

The soup must be added in batches, this long bean is not cooked, you can also heat it in the microwave for a few minutes!
