Braised Noodles
1.
Cut pork into chopstick-thick strips, add a little cooking wine and pepper powder soy sauce, stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.
2.
Remove the glutinous beans and break into small pieces, rinse and drain for later use
3.
Let me show you that the noodles pressed by this machine are sold for two yuan in the market, which is enough for two people.
4.
Wash one green pepper, shred and set aside
5.
Boil a pot of water with a little salt, pour the beans into the pot and blanch the water until the color becomes dark green uniformly, then remove the water control.
6.
Add oil in another pot and wait until the oil is 70% hot, add ginger slices and stir-fry the shredded pork with some dark soy toning, but not too much
7.
If the meat changes color, you can pour the blanched beans and stir fry together, otherwise the meat will grow old.
8.
Because it will be stuffy after blanching, there is no need to stir-fry the beans for too long. Add cold water to the dishes just before the dishes in the pot.
9.
Sprinkle shredded green pepper on top of the beans, then shake and spread the noodles. Add a lid to reduce the heat for about five minutes. Open the lid and observe if the water is dry and the noodles are not cooked, then add a little water along the side of the pot. The slightly dried noodles are just right
10.
After getting bored, mix the vegetables and the noodles well. My way of eating is to just add some garlic and some spicy oil for one meal per pot, hahaha! Forgive me, I'm ashamed again!
Tips:
The key to the boring process lies in the control of the heat, and the water cannot be collected too dry. Otherwise, it is easy to stick to the pot, or the noodles are too hard. It is best to use a glass lid and observe at any time. I wish everyone a good appetite and take care of yourself when you are alone because someone at home is worried about it!
