Braised Noodles

Wash carrots and potatoes, peel them, wash the leaves

Cut radish and potatoes into thin strips and set aside

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic, and fry them together with the pepper and chili to create a fragrance

Stir-fry potatoes and carrots in a pan

Put vermicelli on top of potatoes and carrots, add a little water

Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for one minute, add water to the pot just over the potatoes and carrots, continue to cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes

When the noodles are slightly soft, stir a little with chopsticks

Put a small amount of water in the pot and cover the pot for one minute
9.
Sprinkle the vegetable leaves into the pot and stir fry with a spatula
10.
Add salt and stir out of the pot
Tips:
When adding water to the pot, pour it slowly along the edge of the pot, and don't add too much at once.
