Braised Noodles in Oil

1. Noodles are arranged and ready for use

2. Horseshoe bamboo shoots are a unique product from southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian. They are delicious in taste, so buy one for use.

3. Arrange the horseshoe bamboo shoots, carrots and beans and cut into strips for later use

4. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside

5. Boil the noodles in a pot under water and remove the water.

6. After removing the noodles in cold water, dry the water and set aside

7. In another pot, add bottom oil to heat, add pork belly and stir fry

8. After the pork belly becomes oily and discolored, add garlic and shallots and stir-fry in a pan

9. Add the beans and stir fry

10. Stir-fry the beans until they are five years old, add horseshoe bamboo shoots and carrots

11. Pour the noodles and stir fry a few times

12. Mix sauce, starch, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and water to make juice for later use

13. Pour the mixed juice into the noodles and stir-fry a few times, add a small amount of boiling water, cover the pot and simmer, add a little chicken essence, stir-fry a few times and serve.

14. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

Note: The beans must be simmered until fully cooked, because unripe beans can easily cause poisoning.
