Braised Noodles with Bacon, Potatoes and Beans

Stir-fry the bacon in the hot pan, stir-fry the fat part to get the oil, add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant, add the minced ginger and garlic and stir fry

Add potato cubes and long beans and stir fry for a while, add dark soy sauce and salt, add water to soak the ingredients, boil half of the soup and set aside

Add fresh noodles

Pour in the soup just poured, slowly add one layer of soup layer by layer, cover the lid and simmer on medium heat until the water is dry, add the chopped green onion before starting the pot.
