I have liked to eat braised noodles since I was a child. My mother's braised noodles are superb. My level has always been less than one-tenth of hers, but it is also very popular in our family. I recently got a coup, and it's even easier to do.

Ingredients

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Slice the pork belly and marinate with cooking wine and cornstarch for 20 minutes in advance.

2. Choose clean beans, cut into sections, and steep for 15 minutes.

3. Heat up the wok and pour in the right amount of cooking oil.

4. Heat the pan with cool oil and pour the marinated pork belly slices in.

5. Pour a spoonful of light soy sauce and two spoons of dark soy sauce after changing the color.

6. Pour the beans.

7. Stir-fry the beans a few times, add salt and chicken noodles.

8. Pour in the right amount of boiling water, subject to the submerged vegetables

9. Spoon a bowl of soup after the water boils.

10. Put the noodles in the wok.

11. Cover and simmer for five minutes.

12. Open the lid of the pot after five minutes, pour the soup stock on top of the noodles, close the lid and continue simmering for five minutes.

13. Five minutes later, the soup underneath was basically dried. Use a spatula and chopsticks to shake the noodles apart.

14. Plate.

Tips:

Remember not to fire, it is easy to stick to the pot.
