Husband doesn't like to eat noodles very much, but this braised bean curd noodle is his favorite, he can eat a large plate every time!

Ingredients

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. First, wash all the ingredients, cut the beans into inch pieces, slice carrots, meat, and chop green onions, ginger, and garlic! Wet noodles are ready (you can use thin ones, as you like)

5. Then put the carrot slices and soybean sprouts in, stir-fry for a while and add water. The amount of water is about the same as the vegetables (if the beans you buy are not very cooked, you can add more water)! Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes

6. After 10 minutes, spread the noodles evenly on the dish, continue to cover and simmer for ten minutes, and watch that it doesn’t stick to the pot. (If you think that the water is too small, you can pour some boiling water along the side of the pot, but it’s better to Just add enough at one time)

Tips:

There is no skill in making braised noodles, as long as it is not too salty, the amount of salt is the amount of the usual stir-fry, don’t put too much, I like to put some vinegar and chili oil every time I eat, it is very delicious !
