Braised Noodles with Beans

Wash the beans, remove the tendons and break into sections, peel the garlic, slice the lean meat, add salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil, and marinate for 10 minutes

Break up the ramen, put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes

Put the oil in the pan, add the marinated lean meat and stir fry with chopsticks

Add the beans and stir fry for a while

Add the water without the beans, then add the braised soy sauce and salt

Bring the soup to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer for a while, use a spoon to transfer the soup to a bowl for later use

Add the lid and simmer slowly
