Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare 200 grams of beans, 100 grams of pork, a short piece of green onions, and 400 grams of noodles.

Break the beans into one-inch-long pieces, slice pork, and shred green onions.

Heat oil in the pan, first stir fry the green onion, add the meat slices until the color changes, add the seasonings (soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt) and stir-fry evenly, then add the beans and continue to stir-fry.
