Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare the required materials

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add light soy sauce to the flavour, and cut the chili and green onions into small pieces

Kidney beans to remove the tendons and break into small sections

Preheat the frying pan and add a little oil, then pour in the sliced king-flowered pork and fry until the oil comes out

Add green onion and chili and stir fry until fragrant

Add the beans and stir-fry evenly, season with salt, thirteen incense, light soy sauce and pepper, then add 3 bowls of water

After boiling, place a bowl of soup, spread the wet noodles on top of the beans, pour the soup on top of the noodles, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

The noodles are simmered when the soup is dry, add some soy sauce and chopped green onion, and mix well.

Tips:
You must use wet noodles for noodles, because dry noodles tend to stick together.
Beans have a better taste after removing the gluten.
