Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Cut all the ingredients and set aside
2.
Add ginger, star anise, and dried chili in hot pan and sauté until fragrant
3.
Pour the beans and stir fry to change the color
4.
Pour the carrots and stir-fry evenly
5.
Add all the seasonings, stir-fry evenly, pour the beef stock and the ingredients evenly! The fire is boiling! (The beef is stewed in advance)
6.
Add raw noodles, spread on the top, don't turn them, let the beans on the bottom, so as to prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan! Cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes!
7.
Pour in onion and minced garlic, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. If there is still soup at the end, you can use high heat to drain the juice! (It is recommended not to collect too dry, the braised noodles are a bit soupy, softer and delicious!), just drizzle a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot!
Tips:
The soy sauce is just for coloring, just a few drops, don't overdo it! Don't turn the bottom strip, or it will stick to the pot! The garlic and onion must be put in the last place, or they won't taste the taste at all! Friends who like curry can directly replace the oil consumption of light soy sauce with curry cubes, the method is the same!
