Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Cook the noodles first, and take them out when they are almost cooked. Use cold water twice and set aside. Wash the beans, cut them, and cut the pork belly, pepper, garlic, and green onions. Pour oil in a hot pan, stir-fry pork belly, for a longer time, then add chili, garlic, and chopped green onion, pour in soy sauce, very fresh, cooking wine, oyster sauce, add a little sugar to enhance the flavor. Add the beans and stir fry.
2.
Stir-fry for about two minutes, it can take longer. Add water to the beans, you can add more. Boil on high heat, simmer for 5 minutes after boiling, spread the noodles on top, and simmer for 10 minutes. After opening the lid, the noodles are basically soy sauce colored.
Tips:
Don't pour too much oil when stir-frying pork belly, pork belly itself contains a lot of oil.
After the noodles are cooked, use cold water several times to prevent sticking when simmering.
The noodles should be flattened on the beans, with a proper recess in the middle, so that the color can be even.
The above is for one person.
