Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Prepare the thin noodles you bought (this is according to the preferences of each family, and the diligent children's shoes can also be made by themselves), with dishes: tomatoes, beans, and soybean sprouts
2.
Slice ginger and garlic. Pour slightly more vegetable oil than usual for cooking. When it is 50% hot, add ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chili segments, and star anise to low heat and stir fry slowly. Then pour the beans
3.
Stir fry, add 2 spoons of salt, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce
4.
After stir-frying, pour in boiling water, the amount of water is more than that of the beans, and then add the tomatoes that are cut into small pieces
5.
After stir-frying, grate the soup from the pot and pour it into a large bowl
6.
Spread the raw noodles evenly on the vegetables, and pour the soup from the grate on the noodles
7.
Cover the pot, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes
8.
When there is almost no sound of water vapor in the pot, remove the lid, use chopsticks (do not use a spatula, it is easy to shovel the noodles) from the bottom of the pot and stir up, and turn the dishes underneath up.
9.
Chop the garlic into minced pieces and put it in the noodle pot. Finally, let’s have a bit of MSG, and mix well with the noodles and the dishes.
