Braised Noodles with Beans

Heat a pan with cold oil, sauté scallions, ginger, garlic cloves, add pepper diced, pork slices

Stir-fry the meat until there is no redness on the surface.

Add light soy sauce and stir fry, add less cold water to the pot and tap

Stir-fry until the beans all turn emerald green

Add boiling water to cover the beans, cover, simmer over medium heat

After the beans are simmered, add some boiling water to the soup.

Spread the noodles evenly on top of the beans, cover the pot and simmer the noodles over medium heat

For about 5 minutes, loosen the noodles on the top of the beans (don't turn the noodles under the beans), add some water along the side of the pot for the soup to dry, cover the pot and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes!
9.
Turn off the heat, stir the noodles, and you're done!
