Braised Noodles with Beans

Break the long cowpea into sections, and cut the pork belly into slices.

Add oil to the inner pot of the rice cooker.
3.
Add pork belly and deep fry until both sides are browned.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance
5.
Add the beans and stir well.
6.
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little sugar.

Stir evenly.
8.
Add water to soak the beans.
9.
Press the cooking button to boil.
10.
Pour out two-thirds of the broth and set aside.
11.
Spread the fresh noodles evenly.
12.
Pour the soup stock evenly on top.
13.
Press the cooking button and simmer for more than 10 minutes.
14.
Just stir evenly.
