Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Prepare fresh wet noodles, slice pork belly, wash and cut beans, chop green onion, and shred ginger
2.
Warm oil in a wok, add star anise and stir fry for a fragrance
3.
Put the pork belly and stir-fry on medium heat to get the oil, add green onion and ginger and stir fry
4.
Add the beans and stir fry for two or three minutes
5.
Put in the soy sauce and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water, not too much water, just keep it level with the ingredients, cover the pot and heat it to medium-to-low heat
6.
When the beans are ripe, add salt
7.
Spread the noodles flat, and the noodles should be evenly spread, not too thick, and then cover the pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Please pay attention to the amount of water at any time and do not dry the pan.
8.
Use chopsticks to scatter the noodles and mix well, make another garlic juice, add it to your own bowl, mix well and start eating! If you think this step is troublesome, you can chop the garlic directly into the pot before turning off the heat. Of course if you don’t like garlic, you can leave it without garlic, it’s also delicious
Tips:
The photos are not good, but the braised noodles are really delicious; my family is used to putting more beans and less noodles.
