Braised Noodles with Beans and Pork Ribs
1.
200 grams of noodles, add a little salt, add 100 grams of water, knead into a smooth dough, cover and wake up for 20 minutes (or cover with plastic wrap).
2.
When the noodles are awake, boil the ribs and cold water in a pot, remove the floating powder, and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove and drain.
3.
During the time for the pork ribs, you can pick and wash the beans, cut the green onion, slice the ginger, and prepare the whole clove of garlic for later use.
4.
Pour a proper amount of oil in the pot, add the pepper aniseed and stir it over a low heat to get the fragrance. After the color changes, remove the pepper aniseed, add ginger slices and saute, add the whole clove of garlic and saute, add the green onion and dry Saute the peppers.
5.
Pour in the drained spare ribs and stir-fry on high heat until golden on both sides, pour in bean paste and stir fry until each spare rib is covered with sauce.
6.
Add the beans and stir-fry until the color changes, pour the water, and boil the beans over high heat. Turn to medium heat and simmer for about 7 or 8 minutes.
7.
While waiting, cut the noodles for later use.
8.
Season with appropriate amount of salt, put the noodles on top of the bean ribs, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, wait until the juice is collected.
