Braised Noodles with Beans and Potatoes
1.
Beans are about half a catty, a larger potato, a carrot, 2 catties of noodles (I'm for 3 to 4 people), and a catty of pork belly
2.
Break the beans into even pieces, wash well, peel the potatoes and carrots for later use
3.
Wash the pork belly, peel off the skin and set aside
4.
Cut potatoes and carrots into long strips about the length of beans
5.
Cut pork belly into pieces for later use
6.
Scallion ginger garlic star anise ready
7.
Start the pot to light, heat the pot with cool oil, and stir-fry the pork belly
8.
Then add the green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, fry for a fragrance, add the dark soy sauce, add the beans, potatoes, carrots and continue to fry
9.
Add a little more water than usual stew
10.
After the water in the pot boils, add the noodles, spread the noodles evenly on top of the vegetables, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat until the soup is thick.
11.
Open the lid, pick up the noodles with chopsticks, and then stir-fry the dishes underneath, and mix well with the noodles.
12.
Turn off the heat and it's ready to cook.
Tips:
After adding the noodles until the noodles are cooked, try not to lift the lid of the pan.
