Braised Noodles with Beans and Potatoes

Pick the beans, cut the potatoes into strips, cut the tomatoes, mince garlic, marinate the pork belly with cooking wine, salt, and light soy sauce

Stir in the frying pan with minced garlic

Add pork belly and fry on both sides

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry, add salt

Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

The boiled water that hasn't let off the beans

After boiling, scoop out a bowl of soup

Spread the noodles on top and simmer it over low heat

When the bottom juice is almost dry, turn the noodles over and shake them, and pour the soup

Tips:
You have to scoop out a bowl of soup and pour it on the noodles in advance, so that it won't be too dry, and don't choose too thick noodles.
