Braised Noodles with Curry Beans

Prepare potatoes, tomatoes, chopped green onion and ginger, and curry cubes.

Wash the beans and break them into inch pieces by hand.

Cut potatoes and tomatoes into small hob pieces.

Put the bottom oil in the pan, and stir-fry the beans and potatoes first.

When the beans turn green and the potatoes turn yellow, add the curry cubes and minced green onion and ginger.

Add the tomato cubes.

Cook some cooking wine.

Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Put in the water that can be used for the vegetables, and add a piece of rock candy.

When the pan is boiling, add a proper amount of salt, spread the noodles evenly in the pan, cover the pan, and simmer for 8 minutes.
