Braised Noodles with Pork Ribs and Beans

Wash ribs and beans, cut potatoes into small pieces and set aside

Wash ribs

Heat oil in the pot, place the ribs, beans and potatoes in the pot in turn, stir fry the beans and turn green, add the seasoning, add water, the water should exceed the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes

In another pot, boil the water below, turn off the heat after the water comes again, and get the noodles.

Put the dredged noodles into the ribs pot, spread it flat, cover and simmer for ten minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and out of the pot
Tips:
You can put a little more oil so that it won’t stick after simmering
