Braised Noodles with Pork Ribs and Beans
1.
Cut the pork ribs into one-inch-long pieces. Put a little lard or peanut oil in the wok and stir-fry the ribs until they are discolored and oily. Add chopped green onion and ginger. Add soy sauce, boiling water, and salt after they are fragrant.
2.
Ribs are simmered until they are 8 minutes old, the tomatoes are cut into small pieces, the beans are cut into one-inch length and put into the pot (if you use lentils, you need to cut into silk), cover and boil and simmer, cut the noodles into 10 cm long strips, Add the noodles when cooked until they can be squeezed with a shovel
3.
When putting the noodles, the soup should not be too much or too little. The water should be lower than the top surface of the beans in the pot. Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for 9 minutes. Turn off the heat. Use a spatula and chopsticks to pick up the noodles and mix well.
4.
Platter, best served with gruel and garlic
Tips:
The soup is cooked to the end, if the soup is too much, it will be sticky, and if the soup is less, it will be sticky.
