Braised Noodles with Sausage

Ingredients: carrots, green peppers, sausages, chopped garlic, dried chili, appropriate amount of tempeh, appropriate amount of ground peanuts, appropriate amount of noodles.

Light soy sauce, oil consumption, chicken juice, and vinegar are mixed evenly to make a sauce.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it over medium heat. Add the sausage and stir fry for a while until the color changes.

Add garlic and stir fry for a while until it has a fragrant aroma.

Add a small bowl of broth/water, carrots, and tempeh to a boil.

Add the sauce and bring to a boil.

Add the noodles, green peppers and dried chilies, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.

Sprinkle peanut kernels and red oil chili on the platter.
Tips:
1. Vegetables can be arbitrarily matched. It is recommended not to use vegetable leaves, which will turn yellow when braised. Lettuce, beans, carrots and cauliflower are all acceptable.
2. You must use fresh wet noodles to get the best results. I use dry dried noodles for laziness, which tends to be sticky.
3. If you like spicy food, you can add various kinds of chili to the sauce.
