Braised Noodles with Tomato and Potato

First prepare a potato, peel it off and set aside

Cut the tomato and some green onions into three-centimeter-sized chunks for later use

Soak the cut carrots and potatoes in water to avoid discoloration

Then leave the green part of the green onion, and then wash the enoki mushrooms directly

Add some soy flour and soy sauce to the meat slices

Put some green onions and ginger garlic in a hot pot and stir fry

Then add potatoes and tomatoes and fry together for 3 minutes

On high heat, pour a pot of water, then put the noodles in a pot of cold water, cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes
9.
Open the lid and put some salt in the pot, then put it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
