Braised Octopus

Remove gills and internal organs of hairtail, cut into sections, and wash

Pour oil in the pan, add the octopus and fry until golden on both sides

In a separate pot, put ginger, garlic, chili, and Chinese pepper into the pot and sauté

Add the fried octopus, stir-fry slightly, add water to submerge the octopus, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, chili sauce to a high heat and turn to medium heat for ten minutes to collect the juice
5.
Sprinkle the spring onions and cook the cooking wine
