Braised Octopus

Remove the internal organs and black film of the hairtail, wash and cut into sections and put in cooking wine for later use. [Marinate for 10 minutes]

Add an appropriate amount of dry starch.

Make the hairtail fully covered with starch

As shown in the picture, cut the spicy millet, green onion, ginger and garlic. Tempeh.

Put an appropriate amount of oil, heat up, slowly add the octopus, and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Using the remaining oil, add two small spoons of spicy millet, green onion, ginger, garlic, tempeh, bean paste, one spoon of sugar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and add appropriate amount of water.

Add the octopus, a little chicken essence and MSG, stir fry evenly, stuffy. It takes 5 minutes.

When done, sprinkle a little sesame seeds and garnish with celery leaves.
Tips:
The hairtail must be gently stir-fried. Otherwise it will rot.
