Braised Octopus

1. Hairtail (cut horizontally on the surface and marinate with salt), ginger and green onions.

2. Cut green onion and ginger into shreds.

3. Pat the surface of the hairtail section with dried starch.

4. Fry into the frying pan.

5. Pick up the golden yellow.

6. Put oil in the pot and sauté the ginger.

7. Add half a spoon of bean paste and stir fry for the red oil.

8. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar.

9. Pour in the fried octopus segments.
