Braised Octopus Section
1.
Soak the hairtail in cold water to thaw

Wash and cut into sections, marinate with light soy soy sauce and salt for 15 minutes
3.
Boil the oil until 70% hot, put it in and fry the octopus section
4.
The surface of the hairtail starts to turn yellow, pour the marinated sauce
5.
Boil it for about five minutes.
Tips:
The right amount should not be burned too long or the fish will rot
