Braised Pheasant in Brown Sauce

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Wash the chicken, put it in a pressure cooker and steam for 15 minutes, then remove and drain the water. (Because local chicken is not easy to boil soft)

Cut the various side dishes as shown in the picture. Take a piece of red small square hot pot material and unpack it for later use.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 60% heat.

Add the chicken and stir dry with water.

Add the hot pot ingredients and fry until completely melted, and stir-fry on low heat.

Add shallots, garlic, ginger and star anise and stir fry for a while.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer until the soup is thick. (The amount of water is better if you haven't had any dishes)
