Braised Pig's Feet with Lotus Root
1.
Shave the pig's trotter clean and cut into pieces
2.
Put the trotters and cold water into the boiling pot, blanch them, and then rinse off the blood foam with cold water
3.
Lotus root peeled and sliced
4.
Heat oil in a wok, sauté the ginger and garlic, add the trotters, and fry the trotters until they are golden brown
5.
Add the sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, rock sugar and other seasonings, stir well
6.
Finally add lotus root and stir well
7.
Put the stir-fried lotus root and pig's trotters into an electric pressure cooker, open the plate and serve
Tips:
If you don't have an electric pressure cooker, you can add water without all the ingredients, and simmer the pig's feet softly over a medium-to-small heat. Using a pressure cooker only saves time and trouble.
