Braised Pomfret

Frozen pomfret pieces are thawed, washed, and small pieces are slaughtered

Put the cooking wine, salt and ginger slices in a basin and marinate for 20 minutes

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil and open the pomfret

Boil the water and put it in a bowl
