Braised Pomfret

The fish is gutted, washed, and the fish is sliced diagonally for a few times.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the ginger slices slightly

Add the fish and fry on medium heat
4.
Fry the noodles on one side and turn them over until browned on both sides
5.
Mix in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, a little sugar
6.
Heat water to about 2/3 of the fish, cover and simmer on high heat, turn over when the soup is about half of the time, until the soup is thick and ready
