Braised Pork

Prepare ingredients: pork belly, rock sugar, ginger, green onions

Cut pork belly, slice ginger and green onion diagonally

Prepare 1 tablespoon of June Fresh Super Soy Sauce and 2 tablespoons of June Fresh Braised Soy Sauce

Put the cut pork belly in a pot of cold water, boil on high heat and continue to cook for 2 minutes to remove

Rinse the scum on the surface of the meat with warm water and drain the water

Add oil to the pot and heat it up, then stir-fry the rock sugar to turn it into a caramel color. The large bubbles in the oil turn into small bubbles, and the small bubbles are gone and fried.

Immediately put the pork belly and stir fry quickly to coat the surface of the meat with sugar

Add ginger and shallots, pour in June fresh special grade soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Add water to submerge the ingredients, add June braised soy sauce

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes

After cooking, turn to high heat to drain all the soup.
Tips:
Try to choose the pork belly to be evenly fat and lean, and you can see that the quality of the five layers of meat (3 layers of fat, 2 layers of lean) is better.
