Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly.

Cut into pieces.
3.
Put the oil in the pan and add the pork belly and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the pork belly is browned.

Add ginger, star anise, cooking wine and dark soy sauce.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water to a high heat and turn to a low heat.

Boil until the meat is cooked and put in rock sugar.

Tips:
The rock candy is added for toning and hanging fresh.
