Braised Pork

1. Cut the pork belly into small cubes and pass water

2. Heat the pan and burn the oil.

3. When the pork belly is fried in the pan until slightly yellow, add the cooking wine, ginger, garlic cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and star anise.

4. Add homemade bean paste, 2 tablespoons each of chopped chili paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and white sugar.

5. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer.

6. When the soup is almost cooked, add the hang pepper and stir fry.

7. Add garlic sprouts, stir-fry chicken broth and serve.

8. You're done
